Apartment Hotel “Roze Peldu Residence” is located in the seaside park, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, 1.1 km from the city centre and 3.1 km from the bus station. Guests are offered exquisite one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with views of Peldu Street and the beautiful hotel garden. All apartments feature a living room combined with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
The wooden house was built in 1870 and was formerly known as the Villa of Lazarus Rostovsky. Architect Pauls Makss Berči designed it. The façades, windows, doors, balconies, and other interior details of the wooden building have been preserved, renovated, or recreated according to their historical appearance. Historic ceiling paintings have been preserved in two of the apartment bedrooms. Guests can choose between classically designed apartments and modern apartments featuring beautiful panoramic windows in the glass annex.
