A tourism-oriented business that provides catering, accommodation or active recreation services in Liepāja or its surroundings can be included in the www.liepaja.travel database if the following conditions are met:
- The company or individual is registered in Liepāja or in the Dienvidkurzeme region, pays taxes, and has no debt obligations.
- The service staff communicates with clients in the national language and one or more foreign languages, including English and German, etc. Information available to clients in the national language and at least one foreign language (English, German, etc.) includes internal regulations, price lists, menus, etc.
- The catering business has received either an A or B rating from the Food and Veterinary Service.
- The accommodation business submits statistics to the Central Statistical Bureau and Liepaja Region Tourism Information Office Ltd.
- A completed and submitted questionnaire appropriate to the business activity, along with 3-5 photos representing the business/services (horizontal, at least 1000px in width), is required:
