Located approximately a 30-minute walk from the centre of Liepāja, Zirgu Island offers a 2 km trail suitable for roller skating and cycling. It is a great place for leisurely outdoor recreation, sports activities, and spending time in the fresh air.
In winter, when there is sufficient snow cover, the trail can also be used for skiing.
A 70-metre skateboarding track has also been built alongside the trail, expanding the active recreation opportunities on Zirgu Island and making it suitable for visitors of different ages.
